It all comes down to what that nice Derek** man said...QUIT YER BITCHIN AND GET A NEW JOB FER CRYIN OUT LOUD AMANADOO!
TRUE, he wasn't all mean about it.
TRUE, he wasn't all 'I gradyeeated da furth grade' about it.
But I know that's how he was thinking it! Don't ask how I know, just know that I know that you know that I know. OK.
But that brings me to an interesting point. What, exactly, does one have to do to corner the market on a bullshit part time job around here?
I mean, this burg is practically busting at the seams with non-skilled jobs. Why won't anyone reach out a helping hand and give one of them to me? Is it my hand writing? Did I somehow mess up the sequence of questions on the computerized doo-hickies that lotsa places make you do your apps. on? Is it my hump? Cause if you give me a job, I'll save up the money to get that surgically removed pronto. I swear.
The truth is that getting a place to pay you for something, even on the very very bottom of the things you can do for money totem pole, is all about who you know. And a whole bunch of greasy teenagers with parents and aunts and uncles and church group leaders who can get them jobs are running amuck all over this place.
But I, gentle reader, have not lost hope-- and you shouldn't either.
We are about to move on to bigger an better things, you and I.

WAN
A wide area network or WAN is a computer network covering a wide geographical area, involving a vast array of computers. This is different from personal area networks (PANs), metropolitan area networks (MANs) or local area networks (LANs) that are usually limited to a room, building or campus. The best example of a WAN is the Internet.
WANs are used to connect local area networks (LANs) together, so that users and computers in one location can communicate with users and computers in other locations. Many WANs are built for one particular organization and are private. Others, built by Internet service providers, provide connections from an organization's LAN to the Internet. WANs are most often built using leased lines. At each end of the leased line, a router connects to the LAN on one side and a hub within the WAN on the other. Network protocols including TCP/IP deliver transport and addressing functions. Protocols including Packet over SONET/SDH, MPLS, ATM and Frame relay are often used by service providers to deliver the links that are used in WANs. X.25 was an important early WAN protocol, and is often considered to be the "grandfather" of Frame Relay as many of the underlying protocols and functions of X.25 are still in use today (with upgrades) by Frame Relay.
Academic research into wide area networks can be broken down into three areas: Mathematical models, network emulation and network simulation.

Astrology
Astrology, like other forms of pseudoscience, tries to lay claim to the prestige of science without submitting itself to the discipline of the scientific method. The key is falsifiability. Some believers in astrology consult a horoscope published in a newspaper, which claims to make predictions for the coming day. Newspapers often publish horoscope columns with the title "Astrological Forecast," implying that they should be considered on the same footing with weather forecasts. However, astrology has failed carefully designed empirical tests of its predictive claims,[1] unlike meteorology, which, although not always correct, has been proved to be statistically more accurate than random guessing.
As is often the case with pseudoscience, the practitioners of astrology respond to such disproof either by changing their claims, or by refusing to accept the scientific method as a valid test of their claims. As an example of changing their claims, some astrologers may say that astrology is only useful when the astrologer can have personal contact with the client, in which case the newspaper astrology columns should be abolished. If, on the other hand, the scientific method is to be rejected entirely, the problem is that astrologers do not agree on any alternative method of determining whether a particular astrological method is any more or less correct than any other.
There are also some specific criticisms about methodology that scientists make of astrologers. Almost all modern astrologers eschew direct observation in favour of specially constructed astrological ephemeris.

When will short term rental home owners in Florida wise up?
Despite the fact that vacation rental property prices in the Disney area are going through the roof, rental prices remain low.
Whilst the low costs can be seen by some as good for the consumer, the truth is that nobody wins in the longer term. The value offered by the short term rental homes is amazing when compared to the prices of close by motels. It would be a shame if this market was to slump to the point where owners can no longer afford to offer their beautiful villas to tourists.
Steve Curtis, CEO of Fab Villas who specializes in marketing these fabulous properties to holiday-makers, said “As the number of rental properties continues to grow, many owners are foolishly undercutting each other simply to make the monthly mortgage payment. This means that if they don’t obtain a booking for in excess of around 48 weeks per year they will probably lose money.”
If owners cannot afford the upkeep of their properties the rental subdivisions will eventually begin to look and feel dilapidated and will therefore become undesirable.
If there is nothing in it for the owners, then these rental homes will simply cease to exist and that means that we all lose out.
Let’s hope that’s not the case.

How hard can it be to find a competent, licensed electrician to install some cable TV points?
If you think it's easy, you would be very wrong.
This is Florida.
Licensed electricians are not cheap. They have trained for years following the lead of a really expensive master electrician and certain jobs are beneath them. Any kind of low voltage job falls into this category, so cable TV points are definitely out.
Competent laborers that actually turn up also seem hard to find.
I needed 6 cable TV points installed at my vacation rental villa in Kissimmee Florida. After 4 weeks of broken promises I got talking to Steve Curtis, CEO of Fab Villas. He suggested that I make contact with Wire It Right, a company that specializes in all kinds of low voltage installations in the Central Florida area.
What a breath of fresh air. Their staff are professional and much to my surprise turned up exactly when they said they would. Their installation could not be faulted, no messy holes in my walls and no cables showing. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Reality
Today's topic will be about reality...Lately, i've noticed lotsa people getting depressed recently... but mainly gals... "dun tell me that time of the month all come together... zZz" Anywho, seeing ppl sad is not good... that is why i tell myself, MUZ BE HAPPY~! dun let anyone worry about you wor... but oh well, lets get it on...
ONe may notice... its easy to console one about that party's problem.... but when that same problem comes to you, you would not know what to do... Basically, this is a fault in the human being which makes us imperfect.... dun blame yourself man... its basically human instinct... what we can do is try to chill out and think about it in another way or another point of view... this, may be hard to do... but be cheerful!! take some time off... go to someone which you can really chill out... may be anywhere to you... but for me, the best few places would be library @ esplanade, East coast beach, as well as the Airport... Chill out... think about it in another way.... or maybe you can call in a friend as well.. talk about it... if you wan, you can call MaRkIe`-s Inc~! sure to be at your service anytime... but reality.... being sad for a moment is ok.... but dun take longer than a couple of hours... cause really... you look at it... its kinda a waste of time... imagine this... you can spend those couple of hours brightenin someone else's life... makin you happy also.. well, i mainly dun really know these stuffs as my thinkin is still of that comparable to a not mature act mature kid... but oh well... this is kinda my thinkin of keepin happy.... time, to me is the most valuable thing in the world... cause of time, i made many mistakes as well as miracles.. At times, when you feel like crying, cry it out... dun hesitate.. cause cryin out would release some tension inside you.. and maybe you'd feel better afterwards... but juz dun cry when you are ard me... you will end up turning those tears of sadness into joys of laughter at my stupidity... i remembered doing that to a few b4... latest was that gal... forgot wad name liao... wanni's fren... while tonin at funan e it mall for energy... o well, liew.. i think i really damn jia lat... zZz... also dunno wad i did... but oh well, its kinda over...Technically, i really dunno wad type of person i am... childish? stupid? well, i dunno... but lolx.. i think these qualities can really cheer someone up i suppose? o well....

Bubblegum shit
My family owns a beach house, and there is an outside shower stall that we use to wash off sand and other nasty beach residue before we go into the house. Well, when I was about 6, I was using the shower and I had to take a poo - I was too lazy to go inside to use the bathroom, so I just went in there. The thing was, my crap had a bright pink stripe in it... some bubble gum had actually passed through my intestines and exited my body intact! The next day, my grandmother mentioned the crap in the shower. My little sister said that she saw a dog in our yard (which had a 5 foot high fence with no ground clearance). Damn dog scaled our fence and took a shit in our shower!! A pink shit! The fiend... hehe, little kids are idiots. Especially when they are too damn lazy to walk to a toilet.

My shit was black after the Reading Festival
Also, while at V Festival someone threw a cup of human shit, the majority of which landed on the tent behind, but some dollops hit the top of mine. It was pretty disgusting but in a weird way kind of funny. The following day a mate melted a chocolate bar onto the side of my tent to give the impression someone had threw some more shit. I was a bit perplexed by the smoothness of it, but dared not get my nose too close to differentiate between chocolate and shit. Some things are best left unsmelt.

Last one...
Our school used to have a yearly 'school camp' outing, which was as tedious as 5 days in a field can be for 15 year olds. Given the state of the 2 portaloo's (wasps/ants a plenty) I vowed to piss against trees and simply not shit till I got back.
I hadn't counted on the amount of food that we'd be eating (not to mention the full cooked breakfast I'd had the morning we'd got there). And so, rolling around in my tent in complete agony on the last night, I decided to take a shit. Not just any shit, a stealthy ninja shit.
I scrabbled in the dark with a roll of Andrex in hand (I'm not an animal) and walked until I felt I was far enough away from the camp, squatted and dropped away. I finished up and went back to sleep contented and relaxed.
It was the next morning when I saw my French teacher clutching reams of shitty toilet paper that I realised my mistake, I hadn't accounted for the wind that night... It had blown my used toilet tissue all across one side of the camp site and now, visibly retching, a grown man was plucking poo-paper from the branches of a tree.
As he walked passed asking no-one in particular "Who would bloody do something so bloody stupid!", I shook my head and tried to look angry, puzzled and innocent. Of course I should have said "Me! It was me!"

A weblog
A weblog, or simply a blog, is a web application which contains periodic, reverse chronologically ordered posts on a common webpage. Such a Web site would typically be accessible to any Internet user. The term "blog" came into common use as a way of avoiding confusion with the term server log.
Blogs run from individual diaries to arms of political campaigns, media programs and corporations, and from one occasional author to having large communities of writers. Some are maintained by single authors, while others have multiple authors. Many weblogs allow visitors to leave public comments, which can lead to a community of readers centered around the blog; others are non-interactive. The totality of weblogs or blog-related webs is usually called the blogosphere.
The format of weblogs varies, from simple bullet lists of hyperlinks, to article summaries with user-provided comments and ratings. Individual weblog entries are almost always date and time-stamped, with the newest post at the top of the page. Because links are so important to weblogs, most blogs have a way of archiving older entries and generating a static address for individual entries; this static link is referred to as a permalink. The latest headlines, with hyperlinks and summaries, are offered in weblogs in the RSS XML-format, to be read with a RSS feedreader.
